Sign Installer

We are looking for a Sign Installer / Sign Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated to work in a fast-paced team environment, and be able to function effectively with a minimum amount of direct supervision. They are also self-confident, pay attention to details, and enjoy working with their hands!

Minimum Responsibilities

• Execute daily workflow assignments accurately and expeditiously as an individual or as a member of a team and with minimal supervision
• Review assigned work orders thoroughly to ensure a full understanding of the job
• Install or assist in installation of signs to include wall signs, freestanding signs, and vehicle wraps & graphics.
• Assist in production/fabrication of signs, vehicle wrapping, print production, laminating, cutting, weeding, wall wrapping, etc.
• Communicate any problems with the Operations Manager immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within all company facilities and vehicles
• Assume responsibility for company tools that are used on the job site
• Follow all company policies and procedures both written and implied to include arriving on time and being ready for work
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign professional 
• Always be polite and courteous to customers and coworkers

Minimum Requirements

• Looking for career-minded individuals, must be a Team Player
• Ideal candidate will have good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail is a must
• Must be proficient in the use of general construction and shop tools
• Job requires lifting, must be able to lift +50lbs
• Applicant must have a valid and clean driver’s license 
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills or Experience (not required)

• 1-2 years of experience as a sign installer or sign maker
• Experience with vinyl installation, such as vehicle wraps/graphics and wall/window graphics
• Knowledge of exterior and/or electrical sign installation techniques
